As all people should know is that people should do whats right for the Mind,Body,and Spirit.A lot of people do not understand this so I will go through these one at a time.

1.Mind- To keep your mind healthy you must focus on your education.By doing this you will be able to get a job that pays well. If you are the athletic type you may be in profesional sports. This is perfectly fine but may still want to keep your mind focused because you will want to know what choices you make such as : Do I want do this certain sport for my career,Do I want to use illegal strength enhancing drugs that may hurt my health and may cause brain damage or mental illness,Do I want to have a chance of damaging my body because of a sports incident.So this is something you must know.

2.Body- To keep your body healthy you must eat a healthy diet and get a recommended amount of exercise.Now a person who ranks higher in intelligence may have a harder time getting the exercise but for some people the are very smart and athletic. But people who are just smart will have to train and try there best.Most people whould like to live a long life but sometimes can not because people whos spirits have been put in the darkness that hurts alot of are world kill thes people many die frome other people by : Drunk Driving,Assasanation,Carelessness,Othe r peoples greed,And For Much More.So lets talk about spirit.

3.Spirit- To keep your spirit in a good condition you may want to actually reflect upon your past and look forward to the future.So let me tell you about a song called the fade by Setu-Firestorm the states " Don't stay here lying awake in the fade when everything could be better.Your life is defined by the choices you make the viewpoints you take. ".So lets go over this The Fade is the past so the song is saying look at the future and not stay in the past when everything could be better . Your life is defined by the choices you make the viewpoints you take means that your life is decided by the choices you make , the view points you take means that the perspective you follow will also decide your life.Now go listen to this song and you will understand the point.So you can not just say no I will just stay mad at that person.So thats it for spirit.
